Early Drop Off
There is no refund for early returns. We strongly recommend that all hirers take out their own premium travel insurance, in the event a hirer, for reasons of their own, needs to return a vehicle earlier than expected.
Late Drop Off
A 59 minute grace period applies to all rentals. Additional hours charged at 1/3 daily rate to a maximum of three hours. If a vehicle is returned more than three hours late, another full days hire will be charged. Vehicles overdue by 24 hours may incur a $250 per day fee and be reported to the police as stolen.

DIRECTIONS TO DEPOT - from the Airport
By Taxi
The fastest way to reach the supplier's depot from the Brisbane Airport is by taxi. With the new highway you are looking at around $25 - $35 and a 15 to 20 minute trip. If you are two or more travellers the taxi is definitely the fastest & cheapest option.
By Train
The train from the Airport to the Brunswick Street Station will cost $16. The branch is about a 20 minute walk north on Bowen Bridge Road from the station.
By Bus
You can take a bus from Roma Street station to Royal Brisbane Hospital (RBWH) station for around $3.50. The station is on the corner of Butterfield Street, where the supplier's branch is located.

DIRECTIONS TO DEPOT - from the city centre
By Taxi
It will cost approximately $15.00 to get to the supplier's office from anywhere in the City Centre.
By Train
You can take any train from either Central or Roma Street stations to the Brunswick Street station. The supplier's branch is around 20 minutes north, from the station, on Brunswick Street / Bowen Bridge Road.
By Bus

By Taxi
The fastest way to reach the supplier's depot from the Cairns International Airport is by taxi. This will cost approximately $15 - $20 and takes about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
By Bus
From the airport there is an airport bus which leaves every 30 minutes. It will drop you at the supplier's front door if you ask the driver and costs approx. $10. The trip takes around 15 to 25 minutes.

It will cost about $7 from anywhere on the Esplanade.
Walking
It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the Esplanade. Walk south on the Esplanade (towards the casino) until you get to Spence Street and turn right. Walk down Spence Street to Bunda Street (approximately 6 blocks) and turn left into Bunda Street. You will be able to see the supplier's shop from the corner.

You will need to get off at Airport West Shopping Town/Louis St. From here you will need to walk to Matthews Avenue and take the Route 59 tram towards the City. Get off at stop 57-Hawker St. and walk for 2 minutes before turning right on Kings St. This journey will cost you approx. $5 and take around 45 minutes.
