Devonport ferry - vehicle handover
The supplier will meet you at the Devonport Ferry terminal building with your vehicle - for morning ferry arrivals only (docks approximately 7.30 - 8.00am).
Handover and paperwork will be conducted on site and you will be able to leave from the terminal with your vehicle.
Please note - the supplier does not meet the additional summer sailing which docks at Devonport at 7 - 8pm.
Vehicle handover at other Devonport locations
The supplier can meet you at other Devonport City locations, with your vehicle, during normal business hours. Please contact the supplier well ahead of your arrival to make arrangements for the pick up and drop off of your vehicle. Hobart depot Hobart is a serviced non depot location.
Normal pick up and drop off hours are:
9am - 4pm
7 days a week
Hobart Airport and Pick Up Procedure
All pick ups are from 3 Runway Place Cambridge, Tasmania. You must make your own way to the depot.
Late Pick Up Procedure
If your flight is delayed the supplier will either have a staff member stay back to meet you outside of normal business hours or arrange for a key to be left for you. In either case your Motorhome will be made available to you on your arrival. Please let the supplier know as soon as possible that your flight has been delayed. Please phone the supplier on arrival and they will talk you through the pick up procedure as well as operation of the Motorhome over the phone.
Drop Offs
All drop off times are to be confirmed at time of booking.
No Pick Ups or Drop Offs for Hobart City
The supplier does not offer any pick up or drop off service in Hobart City. All pick ups and drop offs are conducted at our branch at 3 Runway Place Cambridge, Hobart Airport. Hobart Airport depot Hobart Airport is a serviced non depot location.

Launceston Airport
When you arrive at Launceston Airport, please call the supplier and they will arrange for someone to pick you up and take you to your Motorhome within 5 minutes drive from the airport.
Normal pick up and drop off hours are 9am - 4pm, 7 days a week.
If your flight is delayed please call the supplier and they will talk you through the pick up procedure.
Launceston City
The supplier does not offer any pick up or drop off service in Launceston City. All pick ups and drop offs are conducted at Launceston Airport.
Drop Offs
These will be reconfirmed with you at the time of pick up. Drop offs must be made back to Launceston Airport and vehicle handed back over to a company representative who will meet you there. |
