Pick up / Drop off at airport
Pick up/drop off at Brisbane airport is free for any hire over five days length. The only costs that the customer will occur if the drop off/pick up has been specified to us at the time of booking, are any parking fees and the tolls in and out of the airport.

After collecting your bags proceed out to the front of the terminal and cross the road to the public pick up aera for your designated flight carrier ie virgin, jetstar etc. And wait for a Driveabout camper or vehicle with drive about sign-age to meet you there. Make sure you are in the public area for your flight carrier not bus area. You will be transported a short distance to The shell fuel service centre to finalise your paper work.
Brisbane International Terminal

After you clear customs proceed outside front doors and wait at the kerb in the public pick up area where a Driveabout camper or vehicle with Driveabout sign-age will meet you there .you will be transfered a short distance to the shell service centre to finalise the paper work .

Secial conditions for airport pickup. All pickups will be approximately 40mins after your flights listed touchdown and late arrivals will incur a fee regardless of fault if the flight is delayed for any reason.
Where possible please advise us if your flight is late before you depart. The fee will be charged at the managers discretion. Driveabout campers will not be held responsible for a delayed pickup on our part where access to an airports major roads and peak hour traffic delays our pickup or any circumstance prohibits our arrival time. After collecting your bags proceed outside the terminal and turn right and walk along the foot path for a short walk (about 5 min away ) to macdonalds service centre for pick up, as Sydney domestic is very busy and there is no public drive by pick up area this is no other alternative for pickup up. we will be there waiting in your Driveabout campervan

There is no drive by or no other alternative to pick up except every one has to proceed to the car park.
So after you have cleared customs and outside custom doors turn to right and walk to end of terminal building and out the doors and wait at the prepay parking ticket area to be met by Driveabout representative we will be holding a sign. will finalise the paperwork in the car park then you will be on your way. |
