TO ARRANGE A PICK UP FROM BRISBANE AIRPORT:
Once you have arrived at Brisbane Airport, collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call JUCY on 001800150850 and select option 1 and then option 2 to arrange a shuttle transfer.
DOMESTIC TERMINAL: Exit the terminal, walk across the skywalk and wait on ground level Zone B1/B2.
INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL: Walk to left end of terminal, exit beneath coach departures sign and wait at zone 4. A green JUCY shuttle bus will collect you and transfer you to our JUCY Brisbane Airport Branch (approx. 9mins/8km). If you do not have access to a mobile phone please enquire about a public pay phone at the Visitor Information Centre in terminal.

HOW DO I GET PICKED UP FROM CAIRNS AIRPORT?
Once you have arrived at Cairns Airport, collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call JUCY on 001800150850 and select option 1 and then option 5 to arrange a shuttle transfer.
DOMESTIC TERMINAL: Exit the terminal, follow the blue & green lines on the ground to the COURTESY Shuttle Bus Service area.
INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL: Exit the terminal, turn left and follow signs to the BUS & TOUR GROUP PICK UP area. A green JUCY shuttle bus will collect you and transfer you to our JUCY Cairns Branch (approx. 13mins/7.5km). The bus operates on a set schedule DOMESTIC - picking up on the hour & leaving at 10 mins past each hour. INTERNATIONAL - picking up 15 mins past each hour & leaving at 20 mins past each hour. If you do not have access to a mobile phone please proceed directly to the pick up location and wait for the next shuttle bus.

Once you have dropped off your JUCY wheels to our Cairns Branch you can jump on our JUCY shuttle bus to the airport. The shuttle operates on a set schedule and leaves at 45 mins past each hour.

JUCY Airport Shuttle
Our very own JUCY shuttle bus will collect you from the airport and transfer you to our branch. The shuttle is free of charge and only operates during office hours to and from the Sydney Domestic and International Airports.
To let us know you would like a shuttle transfer, select the option for an airport transfer online when you make your booking (don't forget to add a return if you need one) and add in your flight details.
Arriving in Sydney Airport: Once you have arrived at Sydney Airport, collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call JUCY on 001800150850 and select option 1 and then option 4 to arrange a shuttle transfer. DOMESTIC TERMINAL: Exit the terminal, cross pedestrian crossing, walk under Parking Building 7 and follow signs to the yellow PUBLIC EXPRESS PICK UP AREA. INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL: Exit terminal and follow signs to EXPRESS pick up area on the ground level of Parking Building 3. A green JUCY shuttle bus will collect you and transfer you to our JUCY Sydney Airport Branch (from DOMESTIC approx. 10mins/5km, from INTERNATIONAL approx. 6mins/2.5km).
