After collecting your bags proceed out to the front of the terminal and cross the road to the public pick up area for your designated flight carrier ie virgin, jetstar etc. And wait for a Driveabout camper or vehicle with drive about sign-age to meet you there. Make sure you are in the public area for your flight carrier not bus area. You will be transported a short distance to The shell fuel service centre to finalise your paper work.
Brisbane International Terminal
After you clear customs proceed outside front doors and wait in the public pick up area where a Driveabout camper or vehicle with Driveabout signage will meet you. You will be transfered a short distance to the shell service centre to finalise your paper work .

Special conditions for airport pickup. All pickups will be approximately 40mins after your flights listed touchdown and late arrivals will incur a fee regardless of fault if the flight is delayed for any reason.
Where possible please advise us if your flight is late before you depart. The fee will be charged at the managers discretion. Driveabout campers will not be held responsible for a delayed pickup on our part where access to an airports major roads and peak hour traffic delays our pickup or any circumstance prohibits our arrival time. Cairns is a non-serviced depot location. Pickup and return of campervan are via delivery direct to and from Cairns airport or pre-arranged hotel or hostel within Cairns central location. After collecting your baggage wait outside terminal front doors to the right at public pick up area where a driveabout Camper or vehicle with driveabout signage will meet you.e.

Melbourne Tullamarine Airport Domestic And International
When exiting the terminal building outside the doors just turn left and walk about 5 min to the BP fuel service centre and you will be met by a Driveabout representative with your campervan. Sydney depot Sydney is a serviced non depot location. Please note:
Pickup location for flight inbound clients to Sydney international or
domestic airport.
We will arrange and instruct the pickup with the client upon arrival at the airport. Clients already in Sydney will have to make their own way to the depot.
The client will have to return to the airport via their owns means.
Sydney International Airport
Direct delivery and return P9 outside public car park. This is
a free delivery service for the client ( the client is required to pay
any parking fees associated with the delivery or drop off) . Should
the client be in sydney prior to the date of pickup we can make an
alternative pick up arrangement which is agreeable to both parties.
Out of hrs fees as followings first hr or part thereof $88 and
progressively $55 for every 1/2 hr or part thereof after the first hr.
self checkout and check in is available for excessive out of hrs, there
is no fees for the client other than the parking costs.
